Simbu and Hansika shoot together!

Actor Simbu was last seen playing the lead in the Sundar.C directed family entertainer Vandha Rajavathaan Varuven which was the official Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster Attarintiki Daaredhi, and the Tamil version was a failure. Following the release, the actor went on a fitness training and is back now.
After being seen in a new look in his brother Kuralarasan's wedding recently, the actor who was supposed to begin shooting for Venkat Prabhu's Maanadu, and is expected to join Narthan's Mufti remake has now joined the sets of Maha, the 50th movie of actress Hansika Motwani.
Simbu reportedly plays an extended cameo in the movie as Hansika's lover, and the movie is directed by debutant UR Jameel who has shared clicks of Simbu and Hansika from the shoot of the movie. Reportedly, the director is filming a romantic number involving Simbu and Hansika, who were last paired on screen in the long-delayed Vaalu.
