Red Hot! Simbu -Arvind Swamy as M.R. Radha and MGR

One of the most intriguing episodes ever in Tamil cinema is the relationship between legendary superstar MGR and the iconic character actor M.R. Radha. The most talked about the incident that has multiple versions is Radha shooting MGR with a pistol which resulted in the latter losing his original voice.
An authentic biography of M.R. Radha is in the works to be produced by his daughter Radhika Sarathkumar under the banner Radaan Media Works and directed by his grandson Ike. Simbu has been roped in to play Radha while Arvind Swamy will be donning the role of MGR. Ike made his directing debut with 'Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae' starring Jiiva and Sri Divya. The official announcement of the project and the rest of the cast and crew is expected in the coming weeks.
