Touted as Simbu`s comeback film Idhu Namma Aalu` inspite of having a delayed release has been greeted with packed houses all over and the film is being praised by critics and audiences for the sizzling chemistry between Simbu and Nayanthara and the supporting cast of Andrea and Soori.

Idhu Namma Aalu` on the opening day has collected around 4 Crores in Tamil Nadu and in Chennai it has collected 40 Lakhs and in Chengalpattu 80 Lakhs. This Saturday and Sunday the film has recorded full shows through advance booking and already theater count is being increased.
