Simbu's role in Indian 2 revealed

Kamal Haasan, who was last seen in Vishwaroopam 2, has been spending majority of his time on his political career and made a recent announcement that he will be contesting in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. The presumed last movie of the actor’s career, Indian 2, directed by Shankar, is his upcoming venture, the shooting of which has been scheduled to begin on January 18.

While the updates regarding the other pivotal characters in the movie have recently been made, the latest news is that CCV star Simbu, who is also part of the movie, would be playing the role of Kamal Haasan’s grandson.

Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the movie also stars Kajal Aggarwal and South Korean actress Bae Suzy in the lead. Anirudh is composing the soundtrack of the movie.
