Currently, Simbu is playing a pivotal role in Mani Ratnam's upcoming film Thalaivar 170 alongside Kamal Haasan. With the shooting for this highly anticipated project already completed, the film is expected to hit theaters soon.

Adding to the buzz, Simbu has also signed on to star in a film directed by Aswath Marimuthu, known for hits like Oh My Kadavule and Dragon. The film will be produced by AGS Entertainment.
