Simbu reportedly lost weight for his role in Vendhu Thanindadhu Kaaduand shared a transformation photo on his Instagram handle recently. Radhika and Simbu's photos from the sets also went viral a few days ago.

Now the latest update about this movie is that the second schedule of Vendhu Thanindadhu Kaadu is all set to commence tomorrow. The shooting of his upcoming film 'Pathu Thala' and 'Corona Kumar' is also most likely to start from September. Fans are excited to witness Simbu in back to back films.

He recently wrapped shooting for his upcoming political thriller 'Maanaadu'. The team is planning for a theatrical release and the film is expected to hit big screens in the month of October on a festive date.
