The much-anticipated collaboration between actor Silambarasan (Simbu) and director Vetrimaaran has officially begun filming, with photos from the set now going viral on social media.

This project marks Simbu’s 49th film and is rumored to follow a gritty gangster storyline in the vein of Vada Chennai. Reports suggest that Simbu will be portraying a rugged rowdy character, adding to the film’s intense tone.

The cast also includes notable actors such as Samuthirakani, Kishore, and Andrea Jeremiah in pivotal roles. In a surprising twist, popular director Nelson is said to be making a special appearance in the film.

The first schedule of the shoot has commenced in Chennai, with the next phase expected to begin later this month. While the working title of the film is Rajan Vagiyaara, more official updates and announcements are expected soon as excitement continues to build around this powerful collaboration.
