Singer Vaikom Vijayalakshmi's father lashes out!

Vaikom Vijayalakshmi is a singer who won the hearts of millions with her unique voice and singing style. The actress got married to mimicry artiste Anoop in a traditional south Indian ceremony in 2018. Ever since her wedding, the singer has been often vocal about how supportive her husband is. Even in several public appearances, we have seen the singer being accompanied by her husband in all stage shows and events.
Recently, Vijayalakshmi's official social media page was updated with posts on sadness, despair and longing for care. Followed by this, several comments came up on her post as to what happened to the star. It also led to doubts about whether there were any problems in her personal life. This was followed by various rumors and reports about Vijayalakshmi's married life. As the actress has been off the radar for quite a long time now, it added fuel to gossip mongers who started circulating rumors like a forest fire.
Now, the singer's father Muraleedharan has come out with a clarification that all the news about his daughter are baseless. Muraleedharan said that she had no problem and was not stepping out due to COVID-19 breakout and the subsequent lockdown. He also requested the people to stop spreading such rumors.
Before Anoop, Vijayalakshmi had withdrawn from her firest arranged marriage as she was told to give up music after marriage.
