Actor Siva Karthikeyan is gearing up for his next release, Mr Local directed by Rajesh, who's returning after Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru. This comedy entertainer also stars Lady Superstar Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Satish and is all set to release worldwide on May 17.

On the other hand the actor is concentrating on his next movies as well, with Ravikumar Rajendran's scifi entertainer getting into its next schedule after a break, and PS Mithran's Hero progressing at a rapid pace, and now, here's an interesting update on his next movie.

Reportedly, Siva Karthikeyan and director Pandiraj will begin shooting of their next project tentatively referred to as SK16 on May 8. The movie also stars Aishwarya rajesh, and will have cinematography by Nirav Shah. Produced by Sun pictures, this movie comes after Pandiraj recently scored the rural blockbuster Kadaikutty Singam.
