It is well-known that Sivaji has turned producer with Taj Mahal. This one is a remake of a Kannada hit by the same title. Sivaji has pinned great hopes on this love story and is confident that the gossamer emotional content of the film will touch the audience.

Sivaji, who was thoroughly moved by the love story unfolding before his eyes, when he watched the original in Bengaluru, made a quick decision to produce it so that the Telugu audience do not miss out on this one. He turned into a producer for that to buy remake rights in Telugu, though it meant an extra cost for him.

As the film is all set to release this December, Sivaji has his fingers crossed. Directed by Arun Singaraju, the film has Nasser, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav and others in the cast.
