Also today, the makers have updated that 'Doctor' will have a big release in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana on the simultaneous date as Tamil. The Telugu version is titled 'Varun The Doctor' and a motion poster was revealed. Interestingly, Vijay fans are also eager about the movie because the director Nelson is helming Thalapathy's biggie 'Beast'.

'Doctor' stars Priyanka Mohan as the female lead. It also features Vinay, Yogi Babu, Archana, Arun Alexandar, Deepa and Ilavarasu in crucial roles. Anirudh is scoring music for the flick. Sivakarthikeyan Productions has produced this movie, KJR Studios served as co-producer.
