How Sivakarthikeyan expressed gratitude to his cinema guru

Sivakarthikeyan's debut venture as producer 'Kanaa' directed by Arunraja Kamaraj has been lauded by critics and has also become a box office success powered by stellar performances from Aishwarya Rajesh and Sathyaraj among others. Sivakarthikeyan has played a pivotal role of a cricketing coach Nelson Dilipkumar.
Sivakarthikeyan and Arunraja Kamaraj in a press interaction revealed that when they both first came to Chennai ten years back it was 'Kolamavu Kokila' director Nelson Dilipkumar who took them under his fold and taught them about cinema. Nelson is credited to unearthing the creative talents of Siva and Arunraja and to show their gratitude to him they named the important character after him.
