Fans who are celebrating Sivakarthikeyan's birthday today seem to be in for a lot happy news. While already fans are joyous over the first look poster and release details of 'Seema Raja', here's another interesting update.

Sivakarthikeyan's one another project is with director Ravi Kumar of 'Indru, Netru, Naalai' fame. The project has already created ripples with A.R.Rahman composing the music score.

Now it has been revealed that popular south Indian actress Rakul Preet Singh has been roped in for the film. The director has also stated that Rakul has accepted to play the role as it is a distinct one that she hadn't played before.

The sci-fi film is set to go on floors by this June and probably to hit the screens in 2019. Watch this space for more updates.
