Director turned actor SJ Suryah was last seen on screen playing a deadly villain in the Thalapathy Vijay starrer Mersal, and is currently awaiting the release of two of his long delayed and much anticipated movies - Nenjam Marappathillai and Iravaakaalam. Now the update on his next flick is here.

SJ Suryah's next, Uyarndha Manithan costarring Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan was launched last year, and now, the movie has begun shooting. Yesterday, the excited SJ Suryah took it to twitter and shared photos from the location to share that the shooting of the movie has begun.

SJ Suryah also thanked Superstar Rajnikanth and director AR Murugadoss for making this  happen. The movie is directed by Tamilvanan who had previously made Machakaran and Kalvanin Kadhali, and the on-location stills presented Amitabh in a white shirt and dhoti clad look with vibhuti on his face.
