A video showing a snake being caught in an ATM machine in Coimbatore by a man who releases it outside has been shared on social media.

According to a report, a snake was found inside the ATM of IDBI bank near Thaneerpandal at Peekammedu while people were waiting outside in a queue. After the terrified people informed the police regarding that, the officers arrived at the spot along with a snake catcher who found the snake inside the ATM machine and removed it from the place and set it free in a nearby forest area. Fortunately, nobody was harmed by the reptile, according to reports.

A similar incident was recently reported from Kerala where a woman found a small snake inside a VVPAT voting machine in a polling booth at Mayyil Kandakkai in the Kannur constituency of Kerala. Voting was resumed as soon as the snake was removed.
