Soha Ali Khan plays Sikh in her next

After being a sizzling cop in her previous film ‘Mr. Joe B Carvahlo’, Soha Ali Khan will be next seen a serious feature.

Talks are that the actress has been signed for a film to be directed by National Award winning Marathi director Shivaji Patil. Tentatively titled as October 31, the film will be based on the infamous 1984’s riots that broke out after Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was killed by her own bodyguards.

Soha, who will be essaying a Sikh character, said in an interview that the film has a very powerful story, involving incidents and riots that took place in that time. The shooting of the project is expected to take off soon in Delhi.
