Sonia Gandhi appreciates BJP Ministers work

Sonia Gandhi is in the news for giving a thumbs-up to Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on the floor of the Parliament on Thursday.

Gadkari today informed the House about the progress made by the Government regarding several infrastructure projects. After his speech, a BJP MP stood up and said that the entire House should appreciate the Minister for his impressive work.

Senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi responded favourably by thumping the desk in appreciation. As soon as she started, her party MPs did the same, joining the chorus of the BJP MPs.

Gadkari is credited with quickening the pace of several road projects in the country.
