Sonu Sood as Johnnybhai making waves

In the recently released film Ek Niranjan, Sonu Sood's role of Johnnybhai has stood out. More than the film's subject, it is Sonu's performance that everyone is gushing about. No wonder then, that Sonu feels the character he has played will be long etched in the memory of the audience.

He credits writer-director Puri Jagannadh for crafting such a good character. In a statement, he said that he liked to do the character immediately after listening to Puri's narration.

Also upbeat about his recent Nandi Award for his terrific performance in Arundhathi, the artiste said it is not an easy job to dole out entertainment by playing an anti-hero.
