Sonu Sood boards Spice Jet plane that features his livery

In March 2021, Spice Jet made a special livery dedicated to Sonu Sood. The livery is in recognition of the multi-lingual actor's humanitarian efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic. The actor helped migrants, frontline workers, stranded migrants, underprivileged students and poor patients, etc, during the pandemic.
The news is that Sonu Sood today boarded the plane for the first time. The serial philanthropist thanked Spice Jet for giving him the honour. I promise to bring many more smiles and give my best to save many more lives, Sood added. Fittingly, the livery comes with the words ‘A salute to the saviour Sonu Sood’. The 'Acharya' actor last year described the Spice Jet honour as a really sweet and touching gesture.
Meanwhile, Malvika Sood, Sonu Sood's sister, has entered politics. She is contesting on a Congress ticket in the upcoming Assembly elections in Punjab.
