The year 2013 brought with it 'Soodhu Kavvum' that was with Vijay Sethupathi and had spirited ripples at the box office with collections of around 35 crores and that too with a budget of not more than 2 crore rupees, thus emerging as the black horse, much to the amazement of every person involved in the venture. While many others had turned out to be a note-worthy success in the box office, directed by Nalan Kumaraswamy and cast includes Ashok Selvan, Karunakaran, Sanchitha Shetty, and many others.

Now, skip a couple of years, and the most-awaited sequel is in its production phase. The teaser for 'Soodhu Kavvum 2' has hit the internet domain just now, and it has been trending on social networking sites. Mirchi Siva is heading the entire gang, which includes Harisha, Radharavi, and Karuna.

SJ Arjun will be directing the movie, and Thirukumaran Entertainment are the producers for part 2 as well , and will deliver what looks like a lot of fun. At the end of the teaser, Mirchi Siva says “ I can only live with girls in my imagination at peace and the peace will disappear after marriage”.

However, with the production house nearing a wrap, it will pretty soon hit the screens, and the fans' excitement, by now bound to reach maddening peaks, are waiting to catch a glimpse of the interesting world of 'Soodhu Kavvum 2'.
