SP Balasubrahmanyam: Full police bandobast outside hospital

On Thursday, SP Balasubrahmanyam's health started deteriorating. MGM Healthcare said that the legendary singer's condition was extremely critical. In no time, Kamal Haasan appeared at the hospital to see SPB, whom he has known for decades.

By Friday morning, scores of journalists gathered outside the hospital in Chennai. And the City Police have deployed police forces as a precautionary measure.

It's learned that SPB's wife and other family members are already at the hospital. A few film industry persons, whose names haven't been disclosed, are also there.

A medical bulletin will be released on Friday afternoon. It will be the only official word in 20 hours.
