Spyder: Daredevil Mahesh Babu stuns stuntmen

Mahesh Babu is not a stranger to risking it all in order to ensure authenticity. Many years ago, he did one of the riskiest train shots in 'Takkaridonga' without using a body double. The scene became the talk of the town, with Mahesh being asked about the experience in every interview.
He has since displayed this adventurous streak in him from time to time. But what he has done for 'Spyder' seems to be the mother of all daredevilry.
As per the film's production designer Rupin Suchak, one of the stunts stunned even the stuntmen on the sets! When AR Murugadoss explained him the shot, the superstar played ball, not wanting a body double to do it. This was not only impressive, but also way too flabbergasting to those on the spot.
The grand June 23 release is set to rule the roost. Being made at Rs. 100 Cr, expect Mahesh to become hugely popular in Tamil after this!
