The “King of Entertainment” Sree Vishnu is all set to deliver another wholesome entertainer with his upcoming film Vishnu Vinyasam. Directed by Yadunath Maruthi Rao and produced by Sumanth Naidu G under the Sree Subrahmanyeshwara Cinemas banner, the film stars Nayan Sarika as the female lead. Scheduled for a worldwide release on February 27, the movie has already generated strong buzz through its promotional content.

At a recent press interaction, Sree Vishnu opened up about the film, his character, and what audiences can expect.

A Relatable Story with Strong Entertainment Value

The actor revealed that he immediately connected with the script when it was narrated to him. He described Vishnu Vinyasam as a story that audiences from all walks of life can relate to — a clean, family-friendly entertainer designed to bring laughter in theaters. According to him, the film balances youthful energy in the first half with stronger family-oriented humor in the second half.

A Unique and Rule-Bound Character

Sree Vishnu plays a lecturer in the film — a character that follows certain rigid rules and quirky beliefs. He admitted that this role is new and refreshing for him, offering a different kind of comedic timing. The character’s obsession with certain principles and numbers adds layers of situational comedy.

He particularly highlighted a sequence titled “Veeri Veeri Gummadi Pandu,” which he confidently stated would leave theaters erupting with laughter. The interval block, he added, will surprise audiences with its unexpected entertainment factor.

Speaking about Nayan Sarika’s character, Sree Vishnu mentioned that she plays a strong, slightly dominating role that directly impacts his character’s journey. Sree Vishnu expressed gratitude to the producers for giving the team complete creative freedom. Impressively, the film was completed within a budget that was 10–15% lower than initially planned. He also shared that multiple OTT deals for his films have been finalized even before release, ensuring financial comfort for producers — something he personally values.

The actor revealed that his film Comrade Kalyan is 80% complete. He also has projects lined up with director Ram Abbaraju and a new filmmaker named Sunny under Sithara Entertainments. Additionally, a sequel script is currently in development.
