Sri Reddy's nude protest becomes a massive success - Complete details

Telugu actress Sri Reddy went nude to protest against alleged sexual harrassment of the film industry bigwigs promising movie roles in return and then cheating her. Though severely criticised her efforts seem to have paid off as the the National Human Rights Commission has sent a notice to the Telangana government to reply within four weeks after probing the truth behind the allegations and also questioned why it has remained inactive in the matter so far.
The NHRC has also observed that the State government and the Movie Actors Association have worked together stifle Sri Reddy's voice as a whistle blower in the industry. The MAA which threatened to ban the actress has not only lifted it but also has promised to set up CASH (Committee Against Sexual Harrasment).
Sources in the Telugu industry state taht Sri Reddy's unorthodox protest method has not oly given her a huge victory but the setting up of the committee would ensure that no other young actress is exploited.
