Today a grand meeting of the opposition parties was conducted in Kolkata, headed by Trinamool Congress leader, and the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, and this meeting was attended by many prominent party leaders across the nation, and from Tamilnadu, DMK president MK Stalin had participated in the event.

During his fiery speech in the event, Stalin had attacked the central government and Prime minister Narendra Modi, saying that Modi had said he will eliminate black money and lied that he will be depositing 15 lakhs in the accounts of Indian citizens. It was with such false promises that Modi became the Prime minister of the country, and hence all the opposition parties must unite to thwart their rule, said Stalin.

This speech of Stalin attacking BJP leader Modi, had angered the TN BJP leader H.Raja, who took it to Twitter to express his agony. Being a government that gave false promises in 1967 and came to power in TN, how can DMK speak of BJP and whom are they trying to cheat now, questioned H.Raja.His tweet further vowed to bring down MK Stalin, calling him a corporate boss masquerading as a common man.
