'Stand Up Rahul' Trailer: Making money by making others laugh!

Raj Tarun, as Rahul, joins a stand-up comedy club in Hyderabad after losing three jobs straight in a year. He got sacked thrice owing to his itch to be sarcastic with his bosses. Right off the bat in the trailer, Rahul cracks a cheesy bedroom joke.
By and by, the trailer gets to the point. Shreya Rao, played by Varsha Bollamma of 'Jaanu' fame, is in a live-in relationship with Rahul. They both fall in love but there could be a tough time for them owing to the stubborn nature of Rahul's mother, played by Indraja.
Murali Sharma, most recently seen in 'Bheemla Nayak', plays the male lead's chilled-out dad who wants his son to make money by making others laugh.
The dilemma of love before marriage, finding one's voice, realizing dreams are thrown into the mix.
Also starring Vennela Kishore (who finds Virtual Reality fascinating), the rom-com has Devi prasad, Madhurima Narla, Rajkumar Kasireddy and Tejo Bhattaru in other roles.
Produced by Dream Town Productions, Highfive Pictures (Nandkumar Abbineni, Bharath Maguluri), the film's songs have been set to tune by Sweekar Agasthi. Sreeraj Raveendran is its cinematographer. Editing is by Raviteja Girijala, while Uday Umagopal is its art director. Stunts are by Anji.
The film will hit the screens on March 18.
