STR denies 'teasing' Dhanush

As soon as the teaser of 'Vaalu' hit the web, there was a cry that STR has taken a dig at Dhanush with a particular dialogue mouthed by Hansika Motwani in the trailer.

The teaser had Hansika as saying 'Oru sila pasangala paaka paaka thaan pudikum, aana, unna maadhri pasangala paatha odane pudichudum.' Remember Dhanush's 'Padikathavan' had a dialogue, 'Ennai maadhri pasangala paatha odone pudikadhu, paaka paaka thaan pudikum.'

Reacting to the claim that the teaser takes on Dhanush, Simbu says, The trailer is certainly not aimed at hitting out at anyone. It’s just part of the dialogues in the film.”

Produced by S S Chakravarthy of NIC Arts and directed by newcomer Vijay Chandar, 'Vaalu' has Santhanam and VTV Ganesh to provide comic relief. Music is by Thaman.
