Strong writer, spunky actor

After Palaivana Rojakal, actor Sathyaraj is all set to play the lead role in a movie to be written by former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. Following Kannama, which marked the politician's return to silver screen, Karunanidhi has accepted to write the story and screenplay for another movie titled Manin Maindhan to be directed by Rama Narayanan.
Sources say the director has briefed Sathyaraj on the role and the latter had accepted to play the hero.
The last time the duo- Sathyaraj and M Karunanidhi --- teamed up together was for Palaivana Rojakal. The movie went on to collect huge revenues at the box-office. The film is also expected to carry a strong social message.
Hope they repeat their success.
