Mahesh Babu is happy that 'Bharat Ane Nenu' grossed Rs. 55 Cr (Worldwide) on Day 1.  As such, he has tweeted twice since the film's release yesterday.

"Feeling blessed ... Glad I fulfilled the promise of making all of you proud. Thank you Koratala Siva sir for 'Bharat Ane Nenu'. The success of the film is a victory for all of us and for good cinema above all. Congratulations to my entire team.  Thank you everyone for all the love for #BharatAneNenu! ధన్యవాదాలు நன்றி ಧನ್ಯವಾದ നന്ദി."

Great India Films has said that 'BAN' grossed USD 2.5 million in one day in the Overseas territory.  In rupee terms, it's Rs. 16.25 Cr, with US alone accounting for Rs. 10.15 Cr.
