‘Sui Dhaaga: Made in India’ Team Goes Candid With This!

One of the most-anticipated movies of the year ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made in India’ has finally wrapped up its shooting. Directed by Sharat Kataria, the film will see Varun Dhawan as a tailor and Anushka Sharma as an embroiderer, coming together for the first time onscreen. From the photos that have been released from the set so far, it is clear that the pair is going to steal hearts for sure.

The team posed for a group photo last Friday after the shoot completely wrapped up. Anushka too took to her social media to post a candid pic where the trio – Sharat, Anushka and Varun can be seen in all smiles! She captioned it as,”A truly special film by a truly special story-teller, #SharatKataria.. Mauji and Mamta are coming to tell their story on Sept 28 at a theatre near you.. @suidhaagafilm @varundvn #ShootWrap”

Donning the characters as Mauji and Mamta, ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made in India’ is a heart-warming story rooted in the Indian milieu and celebrating the spirit of self-reliance. The plot is inspired by the hugely acclaimed Make in India campaign. Produced by Maneesh Sharma under the banner of Yash Raj Films, it is all slated to hit hte screens on 28th September.
