'Complete Actor' Mohanlal on Monday met with Narendra Modi.  The Mollywood superstar was there to call on the PM ahead of the Global Malayalee Round Table, which Modi has said he will attend.  "Hon. PMO India has also appreciated our vision to set up a Cancer Care Centre to cater to the needs of the under-privileged," the actor revealed after the meeting.  

On Tuesday, Modi tweeted out his meet with the actor.  "Yesterday, I had a wonderful meeting with Mohanlal Ji. His humility is endearing. His wide range of social service initiatives are commendable and extremely inspiring," the PM said.  

Following this, Mohanlal noted, "I felt privileged to have your good self listen to and appreciate my social initiatives. Our gratitude for being with the Govt. of Kerala in these testing times, and for the assurance of sustained support in rebuilding Kerala. Pranaams. Respect."
