The superhit 2018 Bollywood movie Andhadhun starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu and Radhika Apte and directed by Sriram Raghavan was critically acclaimed and was commercially successful as well and had won National Awards.

Now, the Tamil remake of the movie is happening with actor Prashanth confirmed to play the lead role and many leading actresses including Aishwarya Rai were speculated to play the role of Tabu in the Tamil remake.

The latest buzz is that the team is in talks with Simran to play the role. It has to be seen if Simran gives a nod for this project directed by Jj Frederick. Simran and Prashanth have earlier acted together in movies like Jodi, Kannethire Thondri sale, Thamizh and Parthen Rasithen.
