Superstar confirms 'Lingaa' release date

Team 'Lingaa' is back in Chennai & everything is in readiness for them to shoot the final segment for the movie from August 18. Recently, the Superstar was in Mangalore and the local media has caught up with him for a few mins at the airport and inquired about his health and the possible release date of 'Lingaa'.

Rajinikanth answered them with his trademark smile " By God's grace, My health is fine" & we are working to get the movie to release for my birthday (12.12.2014). This has certainly put an end to all the confusion & 'Lingaa' is all set to finish the year on a high!

The movie features, Anushka, Sonakshi Sinha, & Santhana. Ratnavelu, who cranked the camera for 'Enthiran' has been retained to perform the same & music score will be taken care of, A.R. Rahman.
