All important dates of Superstar Rajinikanth's '2.0'

2,0`, director Shankar`s follow up to his worldwide blockbuster Enthiran` is touted as the costliest Indian film so far bankrolled by Lyca Productions. Superstar Rajinikanth reprises his dual roles as the sceintist Vaseegaran and the robot Chitti and will also play a few other roles including a dwarf robot. Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is the chief antagonist while Amy Jackson is the lead heroine in the A.R.Rahman musical.

It has been officially confirmed that the audio launch of 2.0` will happen on Diwali that is October this year while the trailer will be out on Superstar`s birthday the 12th of December and the movie will hit the screens globally on 25.1.2018.
