Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Darbar' is one of the most anticipated biggies hitting the screens on Pongal 2020 and there is more good news for fans. The satellite rights of the film has been snapped up by market leader Sun TV for an astronomical price as usual. The worldwide distribution rights has already been sold for a record-breaking sum and the just-released trailer has increased expectations even more.

'Darbar' directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Lyca Productions has music score by Anirudh and the star cast of Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Nivetha Thomas, Prateik Babbar and Sunil Shetty. The release is expected on January 9th one week ahead of the Pongal holidays and the official announcement will be made anytime now.
