Kamal Haasan's mega movie 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has turned out to be a massive commercial and critical success. It is said that the film has crossed the thundering rupees 100 crores mark worldwide on the second day itself . It is poised for many times more in the coming days as word of mouth is unanimously positive from fans.

Superstar Rajinikanth watched 'Vikram' and has immediately called Kamal Haasan, his close friend and arch rival of five decades. It is said that he praised the film sky high calling it "Super...super...super..." and went on to congratulate Lokesh Kanagaraj and Turmeric Media head Mahendran. This gesture of the legendary star is being lauded on social media by one and all.

The strong word in Kollywood is that Rajini is likely to act under Kamal's banner Raaj Kamal Films International, soon with Lokesh Kanagaraj helming. The trio were already on track for a combo in 2020 but plans were wrecked due by the coronavirus pandemic. And then 'Vikram' happened and as they say the rest is history.

'Vikram' has music by Anirudh, cinematography by Girish Gangadharan, editing by Philomin Raj and stunts choreography by Anbariv. The ensemble cast comprises of Kamal, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Narain, Santhana Bharathi, Elango Kumaravel, Vasanthi, S. Gayathrie, Swathista with Karthi providing voice as 'Kaithi' Dilli and Suriya .
