Superstar Rajnikanth to join hands with this young director again?

Superstar Rajnikanth who was last seen in the movie Darbar directed by AR Murugadoss and will be seen next in the family mass entertainer Annaatthe directed by Siva and produced by Sun pictures.

While there are many directors aspiring to make a movie starring Rajnikanth, the latest buzz is that Rajnikanth might be joining hands with young director Karthik Subbaraj again for a movie in 2022. Reportedly, Karthik Subbaraj met Rajnikanth recently and narrated a story which was okayed by the actor.

It must be noted that previously Karthik Subbaraj had directed the Pongal 2019 release Petta with Rajnikanth, Trisha, Simran and Vijay Sethupathi and the movie was a Superhit at the box office.
