Superstar Yash was paid this hefty amount to reprise his role in 'K.G.F: Chapter 2'.

'K.G.F: Chapter 1' was am iconic film that placed superstar Yash and entire Kannada movie industry on the map. Owing to his electrifying performance and movies phenomenal success, Yash became the another pan India superstar after Prabhas. Chapter 1 made it clear that Yash was an important asset to the franchise and naturally he'd get an increment to work in Chapter 2.

According to an online news portal, his paycheck was doubled for the sequel. The actor was paid 15 crores for the first film and for the second one he recieved a hefty amount of 30 crore.

Yash will be pitches against Sanjay Dutt's Adheera in Chapter 2. Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj will play pivotal roles.
