Suriya, the leading actor and the new National Award winner, is now associated with multiple biggies. He is currently shooting for the magnum opus 'Kanguva', directed by Siruthai Siva. The exciting fantasy movie is set to be released in 3D in 10 languages and he will be seen in several roles.

Meanwhile, we all know that the actor is joining hands with the maverick director Vetrimaaran for 'Vaadivaasal'. This project's announcement dates back to 2020 and still hasn't commenced but the hype is skyrocketed among the audience. Earlier this year, it was reported that Suriya and Vetri will commence Vaadivaasal after the completion of Kanguva and Viduthalai.

Now, sources tell us that Suriya is going to complete another movie after Kanguva. This is because Vetrimaaran is occupied with 'Viduthalai 2' works. The sequel of Viduthalai was expected to hit the screens in 2023 at first but the shooting is getting extended and the team is aiming for an early 2024 release. Vaadivaasal faces yet another delay till Viduthalai 2 is completed.

On the other hand, the entire shooting of Kanguva will be wrapped up by October month. Suriya is said to bridge the gap between Kanguva and Vaadivaasal by completing a new film. Probably, it will be Suriya's film with the 'Soorarai Pottru' director Sudha Kongara based on true events, which will have music composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
