Suriya's father Sivakumar's team clears air on COVID-19 rumour

It has been reported in some sections of the media that veteran Kollywood actor Sivakumar has tested positive for COVID-19 and that he has been isolated. Turns out that the rumours are totally untrue.
The team of the 79-year-old veteran today revealed that Sivakumar had indeed undergone a routine test but the result came back negative.
It's often said that Sivakumar is a health-conscious man who takes Yoga, meditation and his spirituality seriously. He quit acting a few years back to enjoy other pursuits.
His sons Suriya and Karthi have been going great guns in the industry. The former's recent film, 'Aakasam Nee Haddhu Raa', is critically acclaimed. Karthi awaits the release of 'Sultan', starring Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine.
