Suriya, Karthi, 'Sye Raa' actor donate big amounts

Cyclone Gaja, which recently ravaged parts of Tamil Nadu, has caused severe loss in the state. Some well-known Kollywood actors/technicians have come out to do their bit for the relief measures.
The Suriya-Karthi duo, their father Sivakumar and Suriya's wife and actress Jyotika have donated Rs 50 lakh through 2D Entertainment, their home banner.
'Sye Raa' and 'Nawab' actor Vijay Sethupathi has donated Rs 25 lakh. He has also carried out assistance in kind and has marshalled volunteers to work for relief measures.
Superstar Rajinikanth’s fans are overseeing a massive effort to mobilize resources for relief measures.
