Actor Suriya who is currently shooting his upcoming projects with Vetrimaaran and Pandiraj dropped a massive announcement about his next project. He took to his social media to pen a heartfelt note about the director along with the picture.

Suriya collaborated with director Bala for the film 'Nandha' in 2001, and the action drama helped Suriya in stepping up his career ladder. Suriya appeared in the film as a gangster. The duo later joined hands for 'Pithamagan', and it was also a hit both critically and commercially. Suriya then appeared for a cameo role in Bala's 'Avan Ivan' starring Vishal and Arya in lead roles.
 
Now, Surya took to his official social media handle to break the happy and exciting news of his association with Bala for the fourth time to the world along with a picture and a heartfelt note. He shares a picture of him with his father Sivakumar and director Bala and wrote in Tamil which roughly translates to " The one who has more faith in me than me. The one who introduced me to a new world and identified my talent .. 20 years later he was before me again with the same enthusiasm. A beautiful journey again with my brother Bala with the blessings of my father... Continue the love and support you showed me through these years".
 
 
Recently Vetrimaaran shared some unexpected updates about Suriya's upcoming film Vaadivasal. He said that the core story of this film is about Jallikattu and the bonding between a hero and his bull there is more to it. He has revealed that a part of the story is set during the anti-Hindi agitation in Tamil Nadu in 1965 and it will figure prominently in the screenplay. 'Vaadivasal' is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu with G.V. Prakash Kumar scoring the music and Velraj handling the camera.
