After Vikram, Suriya plays a cameo role in this upcoming film without charging a salary!

We all know that Suriya made a powerful cameo as Rolex in Kamal Haasan starrer 'Vikram', by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Also, the actor recently revealed that he will be making a special appearance in the Hindi remake of his Tamil blockbuster 'Soorarai Pottru', which marks the maiden Bollywood flick of his production company.
It is worth mentioning that Suriya hasn't received any remuneration for his cameo in 'Vikram' but Kamal Haasan gifted him a Rolex watch after the film's release. Now, it has been reported that Suriya has essayed a cameo role without charging a salary in another actor's film too. R Madhavan's 'Rocketry: Nambi Effect' is the film in which Suriya has done a cameo as himself.
In a recent interview, Madhavan revealed that Suriya didn't charge a single rupee for his cameo, he even booked his flight ticket by himself and came to Mumbai Mehboob Studios for the shoot. I haven't even given him a gift yet, the popular actor added. 'Rocketry: Nambi Effect' is hitting the silver screens worldwide on July 1.
