One of the popular criminal lawyers Durai Pandian is also a well known actor in Tamil cinema. Durai Pandian has played memorable supporting roles in a movies such as the Suriya starrer Mounam Pesiyadhe, Madhavan's Run, and Vikram starrer Gemini to name a few.

While Duraipandian acted in few movies only and in small roles, he made his presence felt with the minimal scenes and scope he got in those films. Yesterday unfortunately famous lawyer and actor passed away in Chennai after being admitted to a hospital.

Filmmakers and lawyers have been mourning his unexpected demise and are sending their condolences.Duraipandian reportedly had lung problems and diabetes and was admitted to Kilpauk Hospital due to chest pain on Monday.
