Suriya's Film To Experiment With Red Dragon Camera

Santosh Sivan, the first cameraman from India to be listed in the prestigious ASC (American Society of Cinematographers) and has set new benchmarks in the Indian cinematic plane is all set to be the first cinematographer to be using the Red Dragon Camera from the Red family who have redecorated the filmmaking technology with their series of cameras viz., Red Mysterium X, Red Epic, Red Scarlet and now, the Red Dragon.

The think tank of the yet to be titled Linguswamy - Suriya Tamil film the visual department of which is headed by Santosh Sivan has conducted at Prasad Studio in Chennai that was thronged by the most fascinating engineers of 'Red Camera' and 'Angenieux Lens'. Following this film, the camera will be used by chart-topping filmmaker of Hollywood, Ridley Scott and many others. This indeed is a great happening in 100 years of Indian Cinema, where Tamil industry will step ahead to the next level surpassing Hollywood.

The team members expressed their excitement saying that the results are fabulous and they are ready to employ the genX camera right away in the film.
