Two more cases filed against absconding Surya Devi

Surya Devi an unknown name a month back is now such a familiar face to the public that a 'Bigg Boss 4' berth could be reserved for her now. The YouTuber's claim to fame or is that notoriety is in the news every day uploading videos that target Vanitha Vijayakumar and her alleged illegal marriage to Peter Paul.
On a death threat complaint from Vanitha, Surya Devi was arrested by the Vadapalani police and was let out on bail after she was produced in the court. A mandatory coronavirus test in the court premises allegedly found Surya Devi positive but she has gone absconding from that time but continues to upload videos on the move abusing Vanitha.
The police apart from the death threat case have registered two more cases against Surya Devi that include spreading the contagious disease and posing threat to others. The cases have been filed based on a report by a Chennai Municipal Health Officer named Ramesh.
