Yuvan Shankar Raja one of the most sought after music directors in South Indian cinema is now busy producing films too apart from scoring for films like 'Sandakozhi2', 'NGK' and 'Maari 2' among others.  However director Suseenthiran has made the allegations that Yuvan Shankar Raja is inaccessible due to certain new friends who have surrounded him.

Suseenthiran has started a new film 'Champion' and has booked Arrol Correli to score the music.  He has written in his social media page that he regrets not having Yuvan on board and that he is unable to approach the music director who did 'Naan Mahaan Alla', 'Raja Paattai' and 'Adhalal Kadhal Seiveer'.  Suseenthiran has stated that some new friends of Yuvan are preventing him from approaching him and that he would love to work in the future with him.
