Director Suseenthiran, who is known for his hits like Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu, Naan Mahaan Alla, Pandiya Nadu etc to name a few, had last delivered the movie Genius, which did not receive good response at the box office, and the director is next working on multiple projects.

Suseenthiran had launched the movie Angelina with new faces immediately post the release of his action movie Nenjil Thunivirundhaal, and it was after starting this movie that he went on to make Genius. Now reportedly the works on this movie are completed.

The movie has Krisha Kurup in lead role alongside newcomers, and also will have comedian Soori in a key role, and the first look of the movie was released yesterday. Going by the looks of the poster, Angelina looks like a horror flick, and it has also been announced that the movie releases in June. D Imman has scored music for Angelina.
