Actress Suvalakshmi was once a frontline heroine in Tamil Cinema. She had been part of several successful films including Aasai opposite Ajith and Karthik starrer Gokulathil Seethai.

The girl from Bengal chose to bid bye to acting after her wedding with Swagato Banerjee. She is now happily settled in California.

Buzz is that several offers keep coming Suvalakshmi's way even after her wedding. She turned down offers to be part of a mega-serial and host a game show on prominent channel too.

Suvalakshmi was approached to be part of Jayam Ravi starrer Santosh Subramaniam. She was offered a meaty role by director Raja. However the actress has again turned down the offer.
