Unexpected help to lift Simbu's 'Vaalu'

Simbu`s fans were upbeat when it was announced that his long pending Vaalu` is releasing on the 9th of May, but to their dismay the release is in doubt as the producer NIC arts is in financial crisis.

Reliable sources inform us that T. Rajendar has stepped in and has taken over Vaalu` and is keen on going ahead with the release as scheduled. Simbu plays an ordinary boy residing at a railway quarters who falls in love in Vaalu`. Hansika is the leading lady with Santhanam, VTV Ganesh and Bramanandham forming the rest of the cast. The film, which has Thaman as music composer is directed by debutante Vijay Chander.
